The bridge is approximatly 106'-8" long is constructed of 8 timber bents and 2 timber abutments and is on a slight curve. It supports a single track railway supported on timber railroad ties (7"x9") which are spaced at 12" on centers. The ties are supported directly on two sets of three 9"x16" deep timber stringers.

2 story steel and reinforced masonry structure on reinforced concrete spread footings on soil.  The renovation included stairways, elevators, and front entrance additions.  Also several large mechanical units were added to the existing roof requiring modifing and adding members for support.
